Up until one hour before your scheduled game time, a game may be cancelled due to inclement weather by the league commissioners. The Commissioners will phone the team reps to inform them of the rainout, and teams should enact their pre-determined phone trees to inform players of the cancellation.

If you have not heard of a rainout by your rep, please report to the field at the regularly scheduled time, because the playability of the game now belongs to the umpires.

If a game is deemed "playable" by the ump and a team does not have enough players on hand, that team will be made to forfeit.
